Product Information:
- AA-BOND G298은 hybrid microelectronic high reliability applications를 위해 gold-filled으로 충전된 two component electrically 및 thermally conductive epoxy입니다.
- AA-BOND G298은 non-oxidizing이며 electromigration을 방지합니다.
